Make a Simple Sunday Reset Routine to Feel More Put Together

Sundays seem to be either a get your life together day or a day where everything gets brushed off and then Monday hits way harder than it actually should. That's really why a sunday reset routine has such a positive influence. It's not about being very productive or having some perfect routine you saw on the internet. As you begin a Sunday reset routine when you go into the week you feel so much more calm, structured, and simply better. Even if nothing else changes, that feeling alone can be great. It doesn't take all day either, even just an hour or two can completely transform the way your week starts.

It also helps you feel more in control of your time instead of feeling like everything is just happening all at once. A Sunday reset routine in all its diversity is as simple as setting a little time and the end of a week to reset your space, schedule, and mindset. It doesn't have to be complicated stuff you were probgoing going to do anyway but doing them all together makes a difference.

It's about a reset feeling, not about following a series of strict steps. It's a new start for every week rather than one that transfers you from old stress to new ones. It doesn't have to be perfect, that just gets you not confused when Monday comes and it all piles on. Nor do you need a fancy planner. A notes app on your phone works great or even a piece of paper. I guess the goal is to have a little bit of direction so you're not coming up with everything on a whim. Even having a rough idea of your week can make you feel way less stressed because you’re not constantly trying to remember everything.

That could be:

-Taking a longer shower

-Doing your skincare

-Washing your hair

-Putting a cozy set on after

These items take nearly no time but they help you stave off that rushed stressed feeling at the beginning of your week. It is about helping your future self a little bit. You’re basically making things easier for yourself later without even realizing it in the moment. Create a calm realistic sunday reset routine.
